For each claim you lodge an excess of 15% of the claim amount or R 300 is payable, which ever is the higher amount of the two.


If you claim within the first 60 days since your policy started an additional 15% would become payable. This means that if you claim within the first 60 days since your policy started, you will either have to pay an excess of 30% or R 300 plus 15% of the claimed amount.


If you claim again within a year of your previous claim an additional excess of 15% will become payable. This means that if you claim within a year since your last claim you will have to pay an excess of 30% or R 300 plus 15% of the claimed amount.
